Come to a meeting

No experience needed.

You do not have to join the committee to come along. Members are welcome at our meetings, and coming to one is the easiest way to understand how the club works before deciding whether to get more involved.

Sit in, listen, ask a question, or just see what is going on. Plenty of our current committee members started exactly that way.

What our meetings cover

Meetings are where the practical decisions get made, and where a problem raised by a family gets acted on.

Committee meetings Regular meetings covering programs, finances, volunteers, facilities, events and anything raised by members.

Annual General Meeting Held once a year. The committee is elected, the year is reported on, and members vote on any changes.

Working groups Smaller groups working on specific things, like fundraising, facilities, or volunteers and culture.

Want something raised at a meeting?

If there is something you would like the committee to discuss, email operations@kempseybasketball.com.au and we will get it onto an agenda. You do not need to attend for your issue to be heard.
