Kempsey Basketball Association is required under our Constitution to hold an Annual General Meeting every year. We communicate the date of this meeting to our members at least 14 days prior to the meeting every year.

Our AGM is held within 6 months of our End of Financial Year every year. Our EOFY is 30 September each year.
