The perfect first taste of basketball. Your child will learn the fundamentals through fun games and activities, build confidence with every session, and make a whole lot of new friends along the way. No experience needed — just bring a water bottle and a smile.

Local Competition

Real games, real teams, every Wednesday night. Players are placed into a team and play live competition games in a fun, welcoming environment — perfect for anyone wanting to sharpen their skills and enjoy playing alongside their mates. Everyone gets court time.

Grab dinner while
the kids play!

One less dinner to cook. Our BBQ is fired up every Wednesday by Kempsey Basketball volunteers — pull up a chair, have a chat with the other parents, and every dollar goes straight back into our local association.

Everyone is welcome
on a Wednesday night

Join local players enjoying basketball every Wednesday night at Kempsey Basketball. If your child is 6–10 or brand new to the game, start with Aussie Hoops. If they're 10–15 and ready for weekly games, jump into the Local Competition.
