Who We Are
We are a community-based, not-for-profit basketball association creating opportunities for local kids, families and players across the Macleay Valley.
Our Club
Kempsey Basketball Association is based in Kempsey on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales, with players coming from across the wider Kempsey Shire.
We are proud to be a grassroots association built around participation, development and community connection.
What We Do
We provide opportunities for players of different ages and stages to get involved in basketball, whether they are learning for the first time, playing socially or competing at a higher level.
We also support schools and community programs that use basketball as a way to build connection, confidence and wellbeing.
What Matters to Us
At Kempsey Basketball, we believe basketball is about more than the game. It is a place where young people can build confidence, learn commitment, develop leadership and strengthen respect for themselves and others.
We want every player to feel welcome, supported and part of something bigger than themselves.
Our Community
Our players, families, coaches and volunteers all play a part in shaping our club. Together, we work to create a positive and disciplined environment where everyone can grow their skills, build friendships and enjoy being part of the game.
