SUMMER COMP 25-26 INFO FOR KBA TEAMS
💳 Registrations & Fees
There are two components to pay – your yearly BNSW registration and Game Fees.
To make it easier for our members:
✅ Kempsey Basketball will enter all teams and pay PMBA direct.
✅ We will then set up a Team Entry payment for each player through our own Basketball Connect.
✅ A registration link will be sent out in the next two weeks – please do not register as an individual direct with Port Macquarie.
✅ We will register the team with PMBA before the Early Bird deadline and pass this saving on to each member.
✅ Payment plans and vouchers will also be available to help our families.
📝 Team Nominations
📌 KBA will get all team nominations into PMBA on our Association's behalf.
📌 Over the school holidays, Meghan or your Team Coach will contact each member to confirm team assignments and training nights.
👕 Uniforms (COMPULSORY): All teams must be in full uniform from Round 1. Penalties apply for non-compliance.
– If you have a borrowed team singlet at home (either black & white or blue & red), please return it to your Team Coach, Team Manager or Meghan so it can be reissued.
– Meghan will then order additional singlets for everyone.👤 Team Managers (MANDATORY): Each team must have a nominated Team Manager. If nobody is willing to be a Team Manager, teams cannot go ahead.
– Please reach out to Meghan if you are happy to be a Team Manager or assist with coaching duties.
– It is not a hard job – you will be provided with training, support and assistance.🔔 Senior teams must supply a referee when rostered.
🏀 Senior Players: If senior players from Kempsey want to add teams under Kempsey, please reach out to Meghan directly.

ℹ️ Important Information to Note
📅 Games start the first week of school (this is different to previous years).
📅 Trial Rounds: 13–24 Oct (to confirm all teams are correctly graded).
📅 Round 1 Begins: Week of 27 Oct.
⏱️ The competition runs for approx. 15 weeks + 2 weeks of finals. It will continue over Term 4, 2025 and Term 1, 2026, with finals held at the end of Term 1, 2026.
👥 Age groups have shifted to odd years – U11s, U13s, U15s, and U17s. Anyone turning 18 in 2026 must play in seniors.
